AZUR ACQUISITIONS operates solely on your behalf under an exclusivity contract, which lasts for an agreed period of time, signed by both parties. A copy is available upon request.
The fixed fee, 2,400 Euros or £1,950 plus VAT, is invoiced upon contract signing and is reimbursed to you upon Completion of the property sale. It is payable in 3 monthly instalments of 800 Euros or £650 plus VAT.

Property brief development and client approval, search within an agreed area, written appraisal of selected properties, regular updates, accompanied visits to selected properties.
The variable fee is based on the difference between the asking price and the purchase price agreed by you that we negotiate on your behalf.
This includes:
Full acquisition management services** from offer through negotiation to contract checking, translation, liaison with selling agent and notaire, opening of a bank account, deposit management, utilities transfer with regular progress updates, further visit accompaniment, and power of attorney, if required plus, of course, contract signing and key handover.
It is important to note that we work independently for you passing the majority of savings onto you and we reimburse your original fee.

If, for whatever reason, you decide to pay the full asking price*, after some period of negotiation, AZUR ACQUISITIONS will charge a fixed fee for contract administration including the above management services** and retain the original fee. Details are available upon request.
